- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctor is wonderful however the office requires payment upfront in excess of the insurance allowance even though they except my insurance. They tell us that they are going to reimburse any overpayment however I've been waiting over three months for that reimbursement. Every time I call they say they haven't gotten authorization yet to send out the reimbursement checks. Asked who the authorization comes from and she would not answer me.March 13, 2017by Rose P
